  • 05:52 Guest3013287 answered the question Why Are There Are So Many Religions In This World & Which God Is The True God And True Religion?

“Christianity started thousands of years ago with Jesus Christ. He established one true church when He told Peter that He was His rock. But fast forward a couple thousand years and we have approx 33,000 different denominations which have branched off. Why? Because it's hard to be a real Catholic Christian. It involves sacrifice (which is real love of course) and it involves worship (in today's society most people can't be bothered...they're too wrapped up in their wordly ways) and it involves faith (again some are just too wrapped up/self absorbed/self sufficient) Some people walk around saying they believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and yet they have no problem with abortion. Catholics of course oppose any killing of innocent life (just like Jesus would). The true religion is the one which holds true to the Blessed Trinity of God the Father, God the Son..Jesus Christ  and God the Holy Spirit”

  • 05:41 Guest3013287 answered the question What Is A True Religion?

“Truth is God God gave us truth when He sent His only Son to save us from sin and to save us from eternal death. This one true church which Christ established thousands of years ago is the only church with Apostolic Succession.  This one true church is the only one in which we come into Communion with God through the Holy Eucharist. The Catholic Church although not perfect because people are not perfect is the one true religion which Jesus Christ established when He said to Peter, "You are Rock and upon this Rock ... Build my Church" www.ewtn.com”

“Becoming a Catholic Christian is easy. Just call the Parish office and tell them you would like sign up for RCIA at your Parish. RCIA is wonderful because it will help you understand the faith and all the love really stems from there.    It's easy. No one judges you. It's very good.  God Bless You! PS- The Parish will answer any questions or concerns you have.   RCIA is offered for those people who were not born into the faith and who would like to draw closer to God.”

  • 05:20 Guest3013287 answered the question How To Make Sure You Are Not Dating And Chatting With A Scammer?

“The truth is you just don't know. People can lie and some are really, really good at it. Some make a profession at it while others are just sick in the head. My advice is to date someone you meet personally and not someone you meet online. There are way too many creeps out there. Are you going to be their next victim? No! Meet someone at church. Meet someone through a recommendation from friends and family. Meet someone eye to eye. Never meet someone alone. Always meet someone at a public place. TRUST NO ONE. LOOK out for your safety first. Paranoid? NO! Cautious! You bet!!!!!!!”

  • 05:11 Guest3013287 answered the question My Husband And I Were Married In The Baptist Church. My Husband Is Catholic And I Am Baptist. I Am Fixing To Start Taking RCIA Classes To Become Catholic. Will We Have To Be Re-married In The Catholic Church? Someone Told Us We Might Have To. Thanks

“Because Marriage in the Catholic Church is a Sacrament called Holy Matrimony, yes, you might have to.  But that doesn't mean you have to have a great big wedding. It could be just you and your spouse and of course witnesses. Instead of saying "Oh no!"     Say "Awesome! I get to be blessed and so does my husband!"  "Awesome!  I am going to come into union with my husband and with God as my witness and let no man or woman separate us...let nothing separate us (except death itself)" Just keep thinking about how you will be strengthened as a couple when God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit enters into your Commitment. Amen! PS  - God Bless you and congrats on joining the church.”

  • 04:59 Guest3013287 answered the question How Do I Get My Daughter Baptised?

“Jesus Himself was Baptised to   to show us that He would like us to follow that example. He, being the son of God, did not need Baptism to be saved like we do. Yet He wants us to do this.    Take your son or daughter as soon as possible to your closest Catholic Church.  Go to the Parish office and tell them you would like to arrange for Baptism for your child. They will explain to you that they will need you to learn about Baptism (which is really an easy and wonderful opportunity) at one of their very brief meetings.  They will tell you the schedule for this.  Then, once you have attended the meeting to satisfy this requirement, they will schedule your child's Baptism. Baptism is a Sacrament of Initiation into the church. And much like you begin speaking a certain language to your child from the beginning of their lives, so to should you bring them into the language of God. You do not wait until they're old enough to choose their own religion.  You are the parent and you are responsible for guiding them into the truth.  If you let them grow up looking for truth, they might not find it. Guide them towards it. Finally, think of the baby in a playpen.  I always keep my baby in a playpen if I have to open the oven door.  Naturally I want to protect my baby.  Well bringing your baby to Baptism as soon as possible is the best way to protect your baby. God Bless You and Your Family. May your baby to grow up to be just like you - full of Love.”
