“Yes, but you dont have to complete the pokedex. The national dex is were you can migrate pokemon from the game boy games. You dont have to complete Shi no when you get the pokedex rowan will get you to only find the pokemon in the Shi no dex, but he dont want to to hurry up and get all the pokemon he says 'ENJOY'.”
