I Took A STI Test 3 Weeks Ago. My Doctor Drew Blood And Tested Me For Everything Including HIV And AIDS. She Called Me Three Days Later And Said All My Testing Was Fine. Can You Know In Three Days Whether You Have HIV Or AIDS?

I have not had any high risk sex in over 2 years. Can the test I recently took be accurate? I thought it took blood work 10 days
