Hi angel. I like you have children. I'm 40 yrs old. Hispanic( puerto rican) I have gone through a lot of the same issues . People getting over and it being my close relatives . I had to do the same thing. Think about what would be best for me and my family. They already have a life. Let them handle it you have too much to worry about. Good planning thoughts about seeking a career. I hope that there is someone there with you or close to you. If your children are with you train the oldest one to call 911 or for help in case of an emergency. . Practice organizational skill by teaching him or her how to react and what steps need to be followed. You can get post it notes and attach to the refrigerator to help you remember things. Sat a goal of what things you want to do through out the day in a certain order and that should help you start getting organized. Or start a file system for recipes or cd or books in alphabetical order. Contact your doctor to see what things you can do to help your self stay some type of counselling or something of the sort.
