I Get Violent Hiccups In My Sleep Most Every Night Sometimes Several Times, My Husband Says I Try To Hold My Breath In My Sleep, But I Only Wake Up If He Wakes Me Up. I Wake In The Morning With A Headache And My Chest Hurting?

This has progressed fro an occassional thing in my teens to a real problem now that I am in my 40's. What can I do?
