Yes, I made a pig of myself at a local buffet with a group of friends...I wanted to go someplace a little fancier (which would have cost more!) but, being with a group of seniors (I hate that term) I was outvoted in favor of thrift!! But the food was good, and a great variety... Glad you clothes still fit!! Mine did, too.......as always, if you do this sort of thing only once in a while, there's nothing to worry about...moderation is the word!!! Even at this time of year...I'm sure you know you should eat very lightly on days you will be 'stuffin' yourself...it makes you feel really good and proud of yourself..well, gotta run......
