Why Can't I Buy A Bar Of REAL Milled Soap And Melt It Down For My Molds? Water Doesn't Help Melt It Either.

I like making melt and pour soap. I don't like using lye. I know the difference between soap and beauty bars. I'd like to know why I can't buy a good bar of REAL french milled soap, and melt it down...
