Hi Dietguru, Welcome as my new friend. You've maybe noticed I am also interested in diet so hopefully we can learn from each other. I'm a biologist but my knowledge of nutrition is largely self-taught, though I can boast to having been taught Krebs' Cycle by a student of Krebs himself! However, as regards nutrition that's mostly all I was officially taught, the rest I've put together over the years, with a bit of help from the much maligned Joel Wallach. I have his book, Rare Earths, Forbidden Cures, and use it quite a lot, though you do have to take some of Wallach's stuff with a pinch of salt. All the best, hope to hear from you soon. Bill.
