Waiting for him to decide if he wants to be with you, or waiting for him to come out to others? If it were me i'd wait a certain amount of time, not years though. For some it's harder to accept their feelings towards the same sex and it takes more time until they are ready to act on them. Chances are though that he'll never be able to make that step or that he really isnt attracted to you or some other thing, so waiting around forever is stupid. If you see that the situation just isn't progressing, just let it be, even if you really like him it's not worh it.
If it's about him comming out to other people, then you can't push him into anything he doesn't want to do. Comming out can only be his decision and you just need to let him make it at his own pace.

I dont think thats your problem geting him to talk.he will talk when hes ready.i think hes shy.from what your saying.but i think he likes you.and im thinking hes just not ready yet to talk to you about certin things just yet.he dosent no what to say to you.how long have you noon him now.see you said that he tells every body elles hes stright.then hes telling you something deffrent he likes you.are you gay? Maybe he dosent no whare your comeing from. Do you like him. And what are you asking him to talk to you? Whats realy going on.?
