I don't have a hard time per se. The urge comes at times but I fight it......I pray a lot, you know. But I have a clique of friends, about fifteen of us and we have known ourselves since childhood. It looks like I'm the only one who keeps a level head. And of course I study my environment very well and I see things. I don't intend to leave my friends because of this or hate them for that matter. I'll just keep working to change them. Some of them are really in what you would call excellent relationships. I am trying to find a solution that would put a stop to their behaviour.
