Does Anyone Pick Their Skin An Abnormal Amount? What Have You Done To Overcome Your Obsession?
I will sit in front of a mirror for 15 minutes almost every time I go into the bathroom and pick at any skin blemish I can. I oftentimes do this until I bleed. Any suggestions?
