I assume you mean you want to know who administers the site.  All I know is that the Blurtit staff is in the UK.  If you want to contact them, click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page, and they will respond.  Also, Blurter blt_junta is a staff member, and she is very helpful.

yes, it is not uncommon to find one in a seriously confused state after a seizure. for some it only lasts a few minutes for others a bit longer. in the old days people with epilepsy were often thought to be possessed by demons and unfortunately were treated so. thankfully, we have moved on a bit since then. :)
