Tony Deblauwe is the founder of HR4Change, a Human Resources services portal, and has an extensive background and expertise with a variety of workplace issues including talent and career development, organization design, leadership, and HRIS. A certified coach, he sits on the Board of Career Directors International and has written articles for several trade publications including the Northern California Human Resources Association and CareerSource magazine. He is the author of Tangling with Tyrants: Managing the Balance of Power at Work which shows employees how to deal effectively with a difficult or demanding boss.
