This is ziva and 2 weeks ago you answered my question regarding my loan with GRP financial services in white plains, ny. You asked if I owe more than it is worth and no this is not the case, house is worth $350,000 I have 100,000 in equity and my loan is 196,000. My problem is GRP financial, they are not mortgage company but they purchased my mortgage and therefore they do not refinance, or modify, they specialize in foreclosure. I cannot e mail them or get them to return my phone messages. They conmunicate by certified letter and demand payment. The 2 times I did speak to the customer service person for my account she only has one theme, you must send the payment and can you overnight the check. I need to find a way to deal with them , they are far worst than AmeriQuest ever was, and this situation is taking physical toll on me. I have poor credit so I can't refinance with any bank, so how can I get past the service rep and get someone higher up on the food chain???
