Sounds like ur punishing yourself over something that isnt really your fault. Trust me I know...I always used to go see my grandad on a Saturday, but one saturday i stayed at a mates instead, my grandad died on the monday....so it would have been the last time i saw him. Trust me, over time you will realise that nothing is really wrong and its just a typical reaction. It might take some time but it will go away :)

Hi there, I am o.k., getting better, I think the stress is really starting to get to me. I am just tired, and then couldn't keep anything down, so spent the day resting yesterday, and was going to do that today, but, alas, Tigger had to come home sick, with 102 temperature, and I had to go grocery shopping. Ugh, now making dinner, and finally found a ride and someone to take care of Tigger in the morning, while I have to get to this appointment for my medicines. Ugh, no rest for the weary. Lol

My Bird Gets Really Crabby. I Changed His Diet And It Didn't Help That Much, But It Did A Little. What Should I Do? Please help me, my bird is driving me insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
