Hi Jimq946..thanks for your response. Hopefully, now we won't have to worry about this as it looks like he has a job offer. I had just ready somewhere that a spouse can quit and collect if they quit for "compelling reasons" and I thought one of the "compelling reasons" was such as a spouse relocating out of state. But I can't find where I saw that :-) Thanks again, much appreciated!
