I would be very happy to be your friend, but before I accept your invitation, I want to be very clear about something.  I don't want you to get upset with me later.  We have very different ideas about religion and about G-d.  I was able to see that in our responses to the debate about Jesus and G-d being the same person.  I have no problem accepting the beliefs of others as long as they respect mine.  If we can accept each other's views, it would please me to be friends with you.  I'll wait one day,and if you change your mind and withdraw your invitation, I'll understand.  Otherwise, I'll accept your invitation tomorrow.  I sincerely hope we can be friends.  Have a wonderful day.
