Two upstream oxygen sensor each having 4 wires. 2 white wires are most likely not the signal wire, either the gray or the black wire is.

My 2001 Ford Taurus OHV has 2 pre-catalytic oxygen sensors. They have four wires, 2 white, 1 black, and 1 gray. Is the Black wire the signal wire?
