Gee...it's now Oct. '09 n' I realized I haven't been updating. Just got busy with the brat still being up to no good. Oh well...Got nuff of my own problems going on...Still going thru a 6+ year divorce. Finally got a new lawyer tho, coz one I had was standing up for my Ex more than me. Now he sends me a bill after 7 months, that he's padded like crazy. How can a lawyer bill U for "Various" calls ? Doesn't he hafta tell U who they were to or from ? And on what dates ? New lawyer is now looking thru my file, but I'm sure the 1st one took out anything incriminating to him. I still think new one will see some pretty bad stuff in there.. Guess I'll find out soon....Cause I'll either win my case once & for all...Or I'll be broke as dirt....n' my Ex will have won with his Lies.
I'm so pizzed off over this... Not to mention I just found out the house I bought is worth over 40k less than I paid for it. OUCH !!

July 04, '09: Current News...Out of school. Don't even know if he got promoted, with cutting 35 days of school this term. Know he flunked a couple of classes, but no notice to go to summer school ? This system stinks...Was never this way when I was in high school. And he has no intentions of getting any summer job. Also has only served 3 hours of his probation community service, when he's supposed to be serving a minimum of 3 hours every month. This is since April, so U figure it out. And YES...he's getting away with every bit of it.
And this is also after being brought home by the cops for being out after curfew...which is also breaking probation rules...Where the heck is the law ? Nobody does anything about anything...I'm totally freaked out about it, but can't do a thing. I'm not his legal parent.
