Have 92 Chevy G20 Van That Sometimes Will Not Start. Just Clicking From Solenoid. Put In New Starter And Then New Battery, But Still Same Thing. Will Usually Work If I've Run It In The Last 24hrs Though Or If I'm Jumping It. Is It Bad Cables?
