I have several university degrees. I\'ve worked almost 20 years in banking, finance and real estate with expertise in all aspects of real estate lending. I am a special education teacher (in addition to being a teacher in real estate finance), and I am a continuing stident. I have traveled to 49 of our 50 states, lived in 14 of them, and have traveled half way around the world and back again in the course of a year. I am a perpetual student of psychology and other social and physical sciences.
