Hi there, nice to meet you, I see that you are having trouble with uploading a picture, if it isn't in jpeg format, then you will need to use a picture resizer, and you can find that in the Avatarium, it's a group. Look on my page and scroll down to where it says groups, and click show all, then in there you will see Avatarium, click on that, and in the group, read all the threads to find free avatar resizer, there is more than one page in the group, and at the bottom of the blue box with the listings, there are numbers to go to the page that you want to.
Once you find that, then follow the instructions, and you should be able to fix your picture so that it will fit, I believe to make it fit, it has to be less than 600x300, or something like that.

After that, you should be able to upload your picture, but if, not, then I am at a loss, because I haven't been able to get past that point. If you can't get that then I will see if Hisdimple can help you out, she is great at this stuff. Welcome aboard.
