Has The Residential Building Slowed Down Where You Are?

If I Know The Area, How Do I Get The Radius?
I divided the area by pi, then divided that by 3. The text book says, 25m'2 = pi r'2; 25m'2 = (3.14)r'2; 7.96m'2 = r'2; r = 2.82m but I get 2.65m from my calculator I don't know how the text book...
