Hey Rain, didn't mean to offend the other day i am not what you would call a patient person, so, i m sorry for attacking the personal belief you hold tight to and i am gritting my teeth as i type this because normally this kind of response from me would be unheard of, how ever i must keep in mind that even as a scientific mind there can be evidence for the god thing, so i am sorry and truly did not mean ato offend you. Thursday Night I had to change the prayer in the cpr prayer group for Tiggersmom. I understood wrong. She is actually just on a small vacation but can use your prayers still. Thanks for clarifying - at first I interpreted "apology..." as an act of protest, but I was confused after watching "angry black man..." I must've interpreted something literally that I should not have.

If you haven't had much exposure to feminist writings (and you want to do some reading), I'd suggest reading Patricia Hill Collins work 'Black Feminist Thought' - she was one of the first scholars who explicitly talked about intersectionality. Intersectionality refers to the idea that there are multiple axes of domination - gender, race, and sexuality - and that certain groups are more disadvantaged than others as a result of their membership in various groups. So, for example, black women experience a different form of oppression than white women because 1) their gender; 2) their race; and 3) the stereotypical representations of black women's sexuality ALL shape black women's life experiences.
