I Have An Old Septic Tank And Drain Field. I Had The Tank Emptied And 6 Months Later It Was Full Again With Liquid. Is This Normal Or What Is Wrong? Do I Have To Auger, Put Chemicals In, Or Replace It? How Do I Inspect It?
