My Daughter Was To Be Pd On 1/2/09. She Was Told The Employer "Forgot" To Send In The Timecards So She Wasn't Paid Until 1/6/09. When The Checks Arrived, They Were Postdated 1/9/09 And The Payroll Stubs Were Only Dated 1/9/09 With No Info Other Information Ie: FICA Witholdings, Etc. We Are In CA, What Recourse Do We Have?
