Well all these things make a good organization.. Like if you want good communication among employees then many companies might have introduced LAN (I.T) services. Through which they can exchange dialogs and electronic mails easily. This can also make the friendly environment.

Hm, i don't know about 2 hours ha...this is harder than i thought (I'm 12 years old by the way) but i guess, there should be some special technology like a CD-rom or something that could allow you to learn a language in about 2 hours each day i'm not that sure :P Anyway :) Thanks for replying
