I am a surrogate parent for a attended parent. where in court compenstation is brought about however the attended parent is helping out before hand. A car has been provided to me for it isn't in my name nor I have clear title for we have to wait til' feb 2010 court date of official process for it to be in my name prevention of risks I was told....?...... . However to ensure the car remain mine and officially mine come that date I want it on paper and notrized.
