hey im fine thank you and thanks a lot for your comment with the websites, im going to check them out now, should i tell my friend (the one that is self harming) the websites or should i help her using the advise on the websites? Im not sure of the best way to bring up the subject so i don't upset her but show support :S x
hey hows u? u answered my question a few days ago about advice for people who are self harming.
