Through dancing, we have freedom to
express our opinion, thoughts and ideas without saying anything to the person.
Through dancing, people can understand what do you want to say or tell to
someone without opening your mouth , for there is emotion and effort you exert
on it.
To
me, wouldn't you agree that pretty much the same thing could be said for music?
Even if you remove the singers, wouldn't you agree that (for example) playing
the piano allows me to express my opinion, thoughts and ideas without saying
anything as well?
I just wanted to bring this to your attention, because in my eyes, it seemed as
if you were trying to say that dancing is a superior form of expression, when
in my belief many forms of art go hand in hand and are all similar.
p.s. Sorry for this. I WAS in the middle of writting a paper on freedom of
expression, and i hit a wall in my paper, and needed a break, and that's when i
stumbled across your post.
i hope this was not offensive in anyway. It was intended to be more like a
friendly debate if you will...
i'm also new to this whole Blurtit thing, so i think it would be cool if we
could be friends here :)

i'm going to make the assupmtion that you are a dancer :P
anyways, I'm not going to disagree or put down dancing because if i was not a
born klutz, i would give anything to be able to dance well, however i wasn't
given that chance, instead i was gifted with other forms of art; painting,
drawing, but mostly music. I play about 7 instruments.
So, wouldn't you agree that when you dance, you dance to music..? Is dancing
not also an art form? I dont think people were trying to make it out that music
is THE best form of expression (although some select few would be biased in
their opinion if they did say that..)
Mostly, my main instrument is the piano. As you wrote:
