one other thing to add, i never saw any shadows, but this has never happened to me with the lights on. i guess whatever it is, it doesn't like light. also, i did have a dream with a small light in the room. i guess the light wasn't strong enough to keep away the force, so i got a stronger nightstand light and ever since then, i haven't had any nightmares like that.
this is jaxson1985. i don't know about feeling as if someone had stepped on my back, but sometimes after trying to altercate with the force, i could feel the pain from it holding my arms tightly, but i could never see wat it is cuz it's an entity. sometimes i'll be afraid to open my eyes, but once i convince myself it's only a dream, the nightmare ends.
