Thank you so much for the information that you provided for me. I was in tears over what to tell my friend to do. By the way, this case is a custody case. Not only is the lawyer telling the other side things, but she is not helping her client at all. His pay was garnished for child support and he is not late or behind. He has all of his receipts and everything and she doesnt seem to be on top of things. Nor is she stopping the garnishments.
