To the Murphy family, knowing Harpo "Brad" the way that I did I'm sure this is befitting of his personality ( Do not stand at the grave and weep, I'm not here, I do not sleep....I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on the snow.....I am the sunlight on the ripen grain, I am the autumn's gentle rain. When you awaken the morning's hush, I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand around and cry, I am not there, I did not die. Pay attention to all these things and you will see that in each one you will see me.....May peace and love abide with each of you......shout if you need a friend...
wednesday morning, september 16th, 2009 hi. I am so sorry for our loss of our dear friend harpo. I didnt even know he was that sick. It progressed so fast. I will miss you my dear friend. We have lost many good people and will be losing a few more i am afraid. But they will have our dear harpo greeting them on the other side. I know you are with god harpo. You are watching over your family and loved ones. I am glad you are at peace and no longer in pain. I feel for your wife and family. My heart goes out to them. I know your wife battles with fibromyalgia and i know how mean that disease can be. I will keep her and everyone in my prayers. I just want you to know harpo how much i and everyone loved you. You were such a wonderful friend. Always there for everyone. You will never be forgotten. You will be with us in our hearts forever. Til we meet again on the other side. Leave a light on for us, when it is our time to go, and be there to greet us. We miss you. God take care of harpo. He is in your hands now. God bless. Luv ya harpo, luv, lisa marie
I have no words to express my grief in this sad situation. Words often fail us when we need them the most, and it is difficult to express the deepest of our feelings. The loss of loved ones of difficult to bear. But, it is only then, that, we discover the reserves of hidden strength in us. .. Life is sad over this grave moment. All i would say is,"It takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, "but then an entire life to forget them". .. Wish, my Hug could help Harpo's family feel comfort and courage to deal with the loss Harpo's family just faced.
I am so saddened to hear this news, as Harpo, Brad was such a well loved and respected person here. As part of the community, he helped many people with their problems, often forgoing his own. I so enjoyed talking with him, and looked forward to talking. He asked me to start the blurtit elections group, and it was a great thing, but, as chance had it, things happened in my life to put that off. But as a little more time passes, I will be starting that again, in his honor.
I am sorry for the loss that you have suffered, and please pass that to all family and friends of his. I will be praying that he is safe in the arms of our Lord. Please know that he will be able to see you, and know that you are o.k. Love, Tigg/ Jacki
Katie just to let you and the family know, we heard about your dad and it has sadden many of us, and you and the family have our prayers and condolences, Harpo was one of a kind, now we just have to love one another as much as one will allow, for we know not when the hour or the day will be, We thank god for lending harpo and his family to the world and especially those of us on blurtit, we feel like Harpo was a neighbor, let us know if there is anything we can do.......HUGS
