Toshiba Cx-32d81,starts Up And Then Shuts Down?
I can hear the high voltage come up,but it's shuts off right after it comes up.

Toshiba Cx-32d81 Start Up Problems, What Should I Do?
I can hear the relay click,feel the high voltage come up and then hear the relays click off.have replaced horizontal output and strm6515 regulator and 9 caps that were leaking(16v x 100mfd)still does...
