If you can't cry anymore, maybe you could take your time and do deep breathing for at least 20 minutes 3x a day. It will help you calm down and think straight. Then pray to God for help and guidance. It is amazing how the situation calms down when you begin to calm down. Trust that it will. Be strong. One of the emails I received last week had a picture of people in a boat at sea. I just came from the mental health association, they say if i get a forensic phsy. Evaluation they will drop the charges, it cost 1600.00 s.a.m.s. A access management group has been telling me it would be funded thru their agency, but the case worker changed and i was denied. I requested a meeting with the supervisor and it just got me assigned to another worker ,i requested to see my file, i'm bringing a advocate with incase it's too much for me to read and understand. Another agency has forensic evauls but the new case worker can't write a referall because she doesn't know me... I'm not sure if just any dr. Will do it has to be dr. Rotenberg? Wish me luck
