I work out a lot and do 15 min. abs daily, I was thinking it was muscle spasms, my brother is a ciropractic and he said that it probable was musle spasms, thank you so much. it does not last long, but I do get severe gas after and it has went to my left side, I WAS WONDERING IF MAYBE MY INTESTINES WAS'NT LIKE NOTTED SO TO SPEAK, OR SPASMING. THANKS
