I can't say that I am a great scholar put I am a studious person and I like to study.I have my lots of cousins in Canada and my closest uncle live in your place-Toronto. Thanks for the Thank You :-) I doubt a store could help (unless they exchange it-Ha) but, in these days of everything arrives in one day you may gain satisfaction from the manufacturer. Samsung's customer service is theeee best if not one of the best. No reply nec. Good luck! p.s. Download your music, if possible, on your PC before taking the player to the store, or shipping it out, (just in case they actually DO exchange it). If you ship it -pay the Post Office 50cents more for Delivery Confirmation-they will give you a bar-coded receipt that you can track at home. p.s.s. If you can live with it, that may be the best. There's always a newer,better, cheaper, etc unit that comes out and you can 'gift' yours to a friend (or use the old one at the beach)
luv_needed: I tried two electronic stores and given your message no-one knew what a P2 is, especially with no Brand Name in your quesiton. If you have a craft supply center near you they may have an idea given all the supplies and colors they have. I still think a call to the manufacturer may lead you in a better direction though. SorryI couldn't help.
