as i read what you wrote to nas about the X and all his wrong doings, if you really want some thing done to him, email or call your governor of your state....he just might help you.
It sounds like an uncomfortable situation for you. Apparently he can't do anything until the bank gets your signature. Where will the money be coming from for that account? Even if it's his money, I can understand your reluctance to gp along with it. I 'm curious to know why he opened a joint account. Why couldn't he just open one for himself? Is there some reason why he can't have his own?

Based on his income and his spending habits I believe he is spending their money which is supposed to be for their health and welfare. I do not have the money to hire an attorney. I looked into this...
