I Reinstalled Windows XP Home In My Dell 9100 Laptop. Now, I Have Something Wrong With It, Can Anyone Help Me?

After reinstalling XP Home everything appeared to go well except Microsoft Explorer will not connect to my server. I would appreciate any help to solve this problem. Thanks......MT
