Hi NDonnelly, you do need to know how much current your fridge will draw, and your turbines each need to be able to supply at least that much current.
By the way, watch out for voltage spikes - you will need to regulate (and DC-AC convert) the turbines' output before going to the fridge.

How fast does this wheel need to spin ,how does it have to be and what size of generator would i need to turn the rpm into electricity to power a niegbourhood..

If i have a windmill making 12 volts ,if i wire 5 together in serious will i get 60 volts and what amps.
