You could try places like Partsource or Autozone who have a system called Mitchell on Demand. You can look it up and it will give you instructions on how to remove and install. You can even print it out for free(usually) or, you could try your library, I think they have Chilton manuals aswell.

Bank 2 sensor 1 is located on the right side close to the cylinder head. Being the upstream or precat sensor. Hope this helps.

No, there are two. Most v6 & v8 apps. have two. Your up & downstream are the same. The Bosch part number is 15703.
