I have no prob. Access other data on same page. Receive Error 400 Bad Request: Apache/2.0.52(red hat) server at w.w.w. Bluewaternavy.org port 80. Any help greatly appreciated.

I receive two errors when shutting down my computer. The errors are (msiexec.exe-dll failed to initialization; and reg 32). I have to close each one before the actual shutdown.

I receive (regsvr32.exe installation failed and msiexe dll) when shutting down Windows XP. This doesn't happen on all shutdowns but it slows down the shutdown.
