To approve someone, we do look at their work history, run their credit, and check out their banking background. Alot of what I call teenagers at the age of only 18, have had steady jobs and a checking and savings account since the age of 16. To get a hotel room, you need to be 21, to rent a car, you have to be 25----at least that is how it is in the state I live in.
