There are many ways to get free anime on the internet: You can download it from various sites (my favorite is fansub.tv), you can use a torrent server (like uTorrent) to download single episodes or full series, or you can watch them streaming from sites that make them availiable (the two best I've found are crunchyroll.com, and surfthechannel.com).
