The one I can remember was of a baby (tiny) deer that was in some tall grass of a field I was stringing electric fence in.....the roll of fence fell into the grass and I was looking for it when I discovered the baby deer....I took a picture of it through the grass....nice picture! No, I didn't touch or move the deer!

One of my kids found a baby kookaburra that had fallen from its nest. He brought it home and we phoned the wildlife people who told us how to care for it. They didn't anticipate that he would teach it to ride around our enclosed patio on his remote controlled car. Whenever he stopped the kooka would flap its wings for more. That bird cost me a fortune in batteries.
When Neil grew up he started flying himself and produced this photograph which is not only amazing, but is probably unique. It's his own shadow, surrounded by a rainbow, on a cloud as he flew over it. The flecks seen through the cloud are the breakers along the shore line below.
