If you were to have only one luxury item (exluding food, generic hygiene items, generic bed, mattress, and sheets, generic clothing, and you get to keep your home :D) what would it be?

I already have my luxury item. My Acura TL. From it's night time auto-dimming rear view mirror, auto-adjusting side view mirrors in reverse, comfortable leather seats, heated comfortable leather seats, auxiliary port, auto up and down front windows, bluetooth phone hands free link, back seat air vents, memory seats (for when my wife drives and screws up my perfect settings), sport/manual mode, and 260 horsepower I'm spretty spoiled aready!
