That would depend on who is setting the standard.
An ascetic would consider me materialistic; a capitalist would consider me a to be frugal.
No, I'm a minimalist. I have only the bare necessities, my living room is totally empty.
Shoes, I buy a lot of shoes. Clothes in general.
Not sure about the definition.
I just care about three things way too much!
1.My cloths/wear/uniforms/shoes 2.Perfumes 3.Glasses
The more money i earn, the more i spend for these three elements, of course quality is the aim, quality and beauty both! Sometimes with lower money you can best products tho.
Do i have too much tendency ?!!!
I do have materialistic tendencies but I even it out because I don't like people.
A few. It's all about a balance. There are some things that I splurge on, others I don't. I don't care what others think or am trying to keep up with anyone. I live simply, but what I do have is quality.
I lean more towards material quality than quantity.
Yea I do and maybe that's the problem, but for the sake of this question, I upgrade my computer every chance that I get.
If you consider paying a little more for quality of certain things I buy then yes. I buy things I enjoy, but most of that is practical for me....clothes, uniforms, just got a new stethoscope! Woohoo!
I don't think so. I have a few nice pieces of jewelry that wear almost everyday. And a few more expensive ones I wear for special occasions. But that is all the jewelry I own. My husband order the car I wanted as an anniversary gift. I am still driving that car 18 years later.
In other words we make the occasional big purchase, but we make them last.
Considering I'm about to go ape-sh*t over the fact that a new MacBook might not come out this month, yeah, maybe I do need to scale down a bit...
Yes ... I married for love first time :) it was lovely and I wouldn't change it for anything :) I found someone who makes much more than me annually now and I'm gonna settle down with him and find a new kind of happy.....good sex and lots of vacations and a beutiful home is acceptable ... It is.
