No. I'm never out at night.
I meet people at night, frequently. Only someone who is family or a friend.
I do not think that it is safe. But if a person is in
trouble or needs my help, I will definitely go. On the other hand, if there is
not a good reason to meet someone at night, I would not. Also, I will suggest
that no one should do so as it is dangerous.
