No!!!! Currently 29 States, the District of Columbia, and the US Virgin Islands exempt breastfeeding from public indecency laws but that doesn't mean moms in the 21 other states are out of luck. No woman in the United States has ever been prosecuted for the public breastfeeding.
Never! When a baby is nursing, boobs are not boobs. Most women naturally have some sort of modesty born into them so chances are she's probably for the most part covered up. But it takes some practice and technique.
