Whenever I have a big meal I find certain "smells" unbearable and have to puke. So I breath through my mouth, which makes me feel even more like I have to puke. So I have to breath through my nose without puking until I feel better, have any of you experienced something like this before? (BTW, it's the smells that make me nauseous.)

Has Hepatitis been ruled out ?

That's common with low levels of Zinc. Sometimes after adding more zinc to your diet , that nausea can be resolved within a couple of weeks. A little caution here about taking Zinc, some people will get a bit of a sore tummy when first starting on it.

Having said all the above. ... U should get this issue discussed with a doctor.

There might be a sensitivity issue going on that certain foods trigger you to become nausea . It could be from eating a big meal and it could come from over eating too much. You ever hear some people who eat too much feel sick in the stomach afterwards . It's cause they ate too much and any type of food or any smell makes their stomach do flip flops totally normal to happen.

You could have allergies to certain foods and the smell of the food is enough to trigger the allergy so you won't eat it . I looked this up too and there is not enough information that i can find but I'm leaning towards allergy to foods . You can allergy to foods without it causing a huge reaction with skin rash and etc it can just trigger the nausea only. Maybe i am wrong too . I would talk to the doctor you may need to see a allergy doctor and let them make the decision on what's going on with you. It could be form of anxiety knowing your about to eat and you start to develop nausea cause you may have fear of eating certain foods it could mental health issue. That's why i suggest seeing a doctor they are the best to know what to do to help you out.
